GT Cell is implied to be above Rilldo, who was stated to be stronger than Boo. I'd give it to Cell by quite an advantage.

Cell could godstomp Gohan-Boo the way Vegetto did IMO (no, Cell is not Vegetto-level, but he's strong enough to do the same thing to Gohan-Boo....)

Super Buu pwns. The villains never trained, it's stupid to say otherwise. Kid Goku owned them both without being serious, and without even transforming. No way in HFIL is Super Perfect Cell gonna be stronger than Super Buu in ANY form, after so many years of NOT TRAINING.

Episode 43
Time: around 3m25s
Context: after Goku says that his body may be small but what's inside him is awesome
Freeza: "So then, how about you show us what is so 'awesome' about you?"
*Freeza powers up*
Cell: "You'd better not think that you're the only one who has powered up."
*Cell powers up*

Couple with the fact that they even attempted to fight Goku.....on the contrary, it's ridiculous to say they didn't power-up, however it happened.

That can mean many things. Goku is nowhere near Vegito as just a kid.

I was just about to post that factual evidence.

This is just typical FTL hate for GT. He's never come up with an actual argument for the things he says in threads revolving around GT debates. You could make a thread pitting Omega Shenron against Vegetto's left butt cheek and FTL would give the win to Vegetto for some hackneyed reason.

No, it means power. That's what they were talking about. That's what "powering up" means. What else? Did they just become more energetic? You really need to give up the bias, or finally give an argument other than "lolgtsucks DBZ > GT".

Even I think the idea of villains training in Hell is absolutely stupid, but they did it.

No, not during the Baby Saga until he hits SSjin4, but from Super #17 onward he's more than a match for Vegetto even without SSjin4. But you'll probably deny that too because it's GT.

Another reason to hate GT. Inconsistencies, and things that make no sense at all.

Uhm, there's more inconsistencies in the DBZ anime than in GT.

Fact. And I hate GT. No reason for me to lie.

You can blame the original DBZ anime for giving villains bodies to be in Hell to begin with.

Then you're admitting you don't have an argument, you're just biased?

@FTL: Be that as it may, but it still happened. Hence why, even if you hate the character or the show, you should still just concede when the facts are right there....no one enjoyed GT a whole lot, anyways.

There's a presented statement proving GT Cell > Z Cell, and FLT is still denying it without providing any evidence of his own. What the heck?
